We are Italian chiller specialists, servicing such makes as:

We have excellent links with these and other manufacturers in Italy. This enables us to supply parts and information without difficulty.

As well as Italian chillers, we have the experience and abilities to service and maintain many other makes. These include, but are not limited to:

Daikin - Dunham-Bush - Carrier - CIAT - Lennox - Mercury - Trane

Following completion of all service work, our engineer will advise of any problems that may require further attention and discuss these with you, if necessary. He will complete a report and leave a copy with you.

We view all maintenance agreements as long term commitments, and not just for one year. Our aim is to develop a relationship with our clients that will be mutually beneficial.

The first step in this process, is to listen to our clients requirements and to tailor make our agreement to fit. Typically, this could mean, maintaining a variety of different equipment, being flexible about our schedule and the number of maintenance visits per year.

Secondly, we are mindful of the agreement price and endeavor to be realistic and competitive.

Thirdly, whilst we have proved that maintaining equipment regularly, improves it's reliability. There should be other benefits for the client, who has a maintenance agreement. These include:

• All of our maintenance clients have preferential labour rates, in the event of call-outs or repairs to the equipment.

• Any parts or materials required are supplied at preferential rates.

• As a maintenance client you will have priority in an emergency. You go to the front of the queue.

• Our target response time to a call-out is four hours.
